Program Manager, French CX

Are you interested in having a major impact in growing the Amazon business internationally? Do you enjoy working across a broad variety of projects and businesses? We are looking for a talented Program Manager who will help us create a high quality French language experience for our customers.
This role will help manage several aspects of the French speaking customer experience, focused on improving language coverage and fluency across all touch points of the customer experience.
You will be responsible for driving cross-functional development activities, including new solutions and identifying process improvements.
Amazon Canada's French Customer Experience (FRCX) team is obsessed with delighting our French-language customers and selling partners.
The team is dedicated to developing products and features across the Amazon.
ca website, products and services delivered at home, and the selling partner journey, that deliver the best shopping and delivery experience.
Key job responsibilities- Oversee Project Parlez Francais (PPF), a program to proactively socialize and enforce Amazon.
ca's Language Policy with stakeholder teams that publish content on Amazon.
ca.
- Partner with stakeholder teams (eg.
Legal, Marketing, Public Policy) to build programs aimed at closing existing language gaps.
- Leverage customer feedback identify language requirements and work with partner teams to drive implementation.
- Make trade-off decisions with leadership and stakeholders regarding features and priorities based on overall relative impact and speed to market.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
