Key job responsibilitiesDepending on your experience, the Technical Program Manager can typically expect to directly engage with developers and customers to address challenging problems, build software with the latest technologies and make data-driven decisions to improve the customer experience.
Your responsibilities extend to scaling sys-tems by managing internal and external stakeholders across various domains, from business and operations to engineering, science, and deployment.
You should have experience navigating bottlenecks, providing escala-tion management, making strategic tradeoffs, and managing alignment with business needs that may have technical constraints.
The role also involves scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end, collecting re-quirements, writing specifications, and coordinating design/implementation efforts.
Ideally, you possess a strong program management background, demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and a well-rounded technical proficiency in current web technologies.
