We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure and Cloud Manager to lead and manage our organization's IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Develop and implement the organization's IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand technology requirements and propose effective solutions.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
Ensure the availability, security, and scalability of infrastructure systems.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure skill development within the team.
Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and select technology solutions.
Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization's IT assets.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Conduct regular testing of recovery procedures.
Prepare and manage the IT infrastructure budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization.
Oversee IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives in an agile environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.

years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on designing and maintaining complex systems.
3
years of experience in an IT architecture role Solid understanding of networking, security, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience working with Cloud services in a hybrid environment.
Preferred:
Experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry Experience working in an Agile Environment Comprehensive
