We are seeking an experienced Clubhouse Supervisor for T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners.
Since the Inaugural Game on July 15, 1999, T-Mobile Park has gained a reputation locally, regionally and nationally as a terrific setting for baseball and a great place for baseball fans.
Sweeping views of Seattle's downtown skyline, breathtaking sunsets over Puget Sound, combined with excellent views of game action from all angles give fans at T-Mobile Park an experience unequalled in Major League Baseball.
Principal Function:
The Clubhouse Supervisor will work as a right hand to the Premium Manager.
They will serve in a hands on capacity to ensure that operations within Sodexo Live!'s Clubhouse to ensure it runs smoothly and that players have a relaxed, pleasant and memorable dining experience.
The Clubhouse Supervisor will help organize and delegate tasks within the Clubhouse working with the Sous Chef, Cooks, and Clubhouse Porter.
They will be responsible for ensuring that Sodexo Live!'s standards for safety, cleanliness, sanitation are maintained by all restaurant employees.
Essential
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service to all players.
Contribute to Sodexo Live!'s goal of 100% guest satisfaction through teamwork and personal commitment.
Ensure that policies and procedures for processing customer sales transactions are adhered to.
Ensure that quality and safety standards are maintained.
Qualifications/Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Of age to serve alcoholic beverages, based on state requirements.
Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively implement written and verbal instructions.
Strong team orientation and ability to work with a variety of departments to accomplish assigned tasks.
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations, to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Ability to utilize a calculator, change counters and manually count and accurately make change for transactions involving large sums of money.
Ability to work well independently.
Ability to work well in a high stress, fast paced environment.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used by guests who typically visit the work location.
Technology aptitude for working with POS and digital register.
Strong skills for providing guest service with keen ability to connect easily with customers.
Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs.
Other Requirements:
Subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.
Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
