Sr. Product Manager

The ISS organization develops software platform and applications that enable 2MM sellers across 9 countries (and growing), manage their Amazon business.
This highly visible customer-facing initiative will directly impact customer and selling partner post-order experience across the US, EU, and Japan stores.
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, manage product pricing and P&L, and liaise on go-to-market initiatives.
You will collaborate with product managers, product marketing, finance, software developers and business intelligence, to define product value proposition, establish pricing structures, launch new features and drive product adoption.
The role is both strategic and operational, and is a great fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can think big, while diving into the details to execute flawlessly.
Successful candidates will have a track record of owning B2B products in a matrixed organization, have strong product management and problem solving skills, and ability to motivate, influence and collaborate effectively, with global stakeholders.

- Define product strategy and champion the product vision- Work cross-functionally in developing an idea and gain alignment with stakeholders at all levels including senior executives- Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop new solutions and prioritize opportunities- Own the product P&L and pricing decisions - Establish key performance indicators and provide differentiated insights based on in-depth analysis- Communicate with senior management and other business/technical partners on product decisions, roadmap status and risksWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
