We are searching for a Sr.
Digital Program Manager who can lead a strategic improvement program, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects.
This role demands a high capacity to Learn and Be Curious, Invent and Simplify, Bias for Action, and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders, including global cross-functional teams within Amazon, external executive teams, and technical teams from both sides.
The successful candidate will need to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment.

Key job responsibilities- Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program- Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations- Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions- Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement- Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams- Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience- Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps- Possess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment About the teamOur mission is to make available to Prime Video customers the largest and highest quality, and most enriched catalog of video content anywhere in the world.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
