Key job responsibilitiesWe are looking for a Senior Investigations Specialist to join the POE program.
This individual will be required to validate, review and deep dive investigations and products, to ensure that customers receive authentic and safe products in the condition they expected, ensuring a trusted shopping experience on Amazon.
The right person for this role is someone with strong judgment, Ownership, Bias for Action, and attention to detail - someone who can deliver results in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment and identify and drive long-term solutions.
The Senior Investigations Specialist will work in partnership with Product Management and business teams to gather requirements to implement proactive measures and work on a feedback loop to continuously improve accuracy, both through decision quality and business continuity.
This person will play a key role in identifying stake-holder concerns, identifying defects, pulling data, analyzing trends and providing the best solution and way forward.
Being able to identify patterns in defects, ability to deep dive sellers, handle escalations and an eye for detail will make you successful at this job.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
