We are looking for a Program Manager to oversee, improve, inspect, and provide subject matter expertise to interpret supplier and vendor performance against Amazon's Supply Chain Standards.
This Program Manager will work to improve Worldwide Social Responsibility (WWSR's) ability to evaluate social responsibility performance and enable us to continuously raise the bar for our partners, which range from third-party product manufacturers to third-party services providers supporting our global operations.
You will manage annual updates of internal tools, including but not limited to engaging with business teams and third-party audit firms, facilitating reviews and discussions, and driving operational implementation of the updates.
This individual will provide guidance and decisions pertaining to the risk interpretation of supplier compliance data.
As the subject matter expert, you will be responsible for conducting gap analyses on our internal tools, making judgement calls when uncertainty arises, and helping stakeholders to understand how Amazon's Supply Chain Standards are applied.
Key job responsibilities- Create and implement workflows and mechanisms for ingesting cases from new intake channels for social responsibility escalations- Manage incoming cases systematically, create solutions for complex escalations and proactively implement processes to resolve negative service trends- Succinctly convey complex problems in easy to digest terms for all stakeholders- Proactively work with cross functional internal teams (e.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
