We're on a journey to build something new! Our team is building new discovery and shopping products that connect customers with their new vehicle of choice.
We're developing new customer experiences and seller tools to support the entire vehicle discovery and shopping journey in Amazon's online store.
Key job responsibilitiesAccount Managers are responsible for driving business growth and delivering a positive experience with our program.
The key responsibilities of a Senior Account Manager include the ability to:
o Drive results in a cross functional environment.
o Oversee key activities that are underway for a Selling Partner, including following up and escalating as appropriate to get resolution in a timely manner.
o Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using centralized resources, policies and procedures.
o Build strong relationships with your end customer; be a trusted advisor and the single Point of contact for their issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns.
o Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of customers in an ever-changing business environment.
o Proficiency in composing concise, accurate and appropriately targeted responses.
o Analyze data and trends to identify, action and/or influence long term decisions.
o Deliver timely, accurate and professional operational supporto Aggregate themes and data to advocate to function as Voice of the Customer with owning teams to address opportunities at root cause level, keeping their relative experience at the forefront of decision making and design.

Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
