Sr. Technical Program Manager, Data Center Planning and Delivery (AMER)

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Analysis and Tooling Lead to join the Americas Business Operations team within the Data Center Delivery organization at our Seattle, WA, Herndon, VA or Arlington, VA office.
As the Analysis and Tooling TPM, you will guide operational excellence by developing and implementing frameworks for analyzing data center delivery program, project and performance data across the high-volume Americas region.
You will identify trends and challenges and develop and implement process improvement initiatives and tools that help Infrastructure TPMs and planners in this region build faster and more efficiently.
This fast-paced, high-visibility role requires timely input from cross-functional teams to ensure analyses are accurate and complete and remediation are developed and implemented effectively.
Along the way, you will use your judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple time zones, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.
The candidate should have strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using data (including SQL) and metrics to drive improvements and business decisions.
Proficient at creating data visualizations (i.
e.
Tableau, Power BI, Excel pivots, other).
The ideal candidate has the ability to earn trust with multiple stakeholder groups, outstanding business acumen and judgment, intense curiosity, strong technical and organizational skills, and superior communication skills.
They will have a strong bias toward data driven decision making.
They will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, have a bias for action (while paying careful attention to detail), and will enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
The candidate should have experience applying a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques and exhibit demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
