Ida Culver House Broadview is an assisted living community in North Seattle, WA with 45-55 assisted living residents and a track record of providing quality care.
The Assisted Living Care Manager will be supported by a nurse seven days a week and an experienced team of caregivers, with an average tenure working here of nearly 6 years.
Ida Culver House Broadview is close to several bus lines and provides a free assigned parking space for leadership team members.

Responsibilities:
The Resident Care Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of resident care within the community and will effectively manage our team of caregivers, ensuring adequate day-to-day staffing and scheduling.
This role will contribute to the assessment of residents, participate in developing plan of care, and implement health care services for Assisted Living residents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to perform duties in compliance with established Standard Precautions, fire safety, infection control and sanitation procedures, and Era Living policies and procedures Ability to respond constructively to changes and/or problems encountered in work environment Sensitive to the needs and concerns of older adults Ability to use a computer, with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to read, write and communicate in English Ability to pass DSHS background check, required Education and
Experience:
Current WA State LPN or RN 1 years' nursing experience, required 3 to 5 years of experience, preferred Experience caring for older adults in residential settings (Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Home Health), preferred Previous employee management experience, preferred About Era Living:
