Principal Product Manager, Technical, Home and Lifestyle Innovation Team

The Home & Lifestyle Innovation Team (HIT) is looking for a Principal Product Manager-Technical to own the CX vision and roadmap for the next-generation shopping experience powered by Generative AI technology.
You'll define the CX vision, develop an actionable product roadmap, and collaborate with tech, science, infrastructure, and UX teams to rapidly experiment with and implement innovative solutions.
In this role, you'll transform how customers shop by creating intuitive, visually-rich, interactive experiences with AI shopping assistance.
You'll invent new ways to enhance customers' ability to discover and evaluate products, develop long-term strategic plans, and collaborate with engineers and applied scientist to bring your vision to life.
Your work will directly impact millions of customers, making their shopping experience more visually engaging.
Key job responsibilitiesAs with every team in Amazon, we work backwards from the needs of customers to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
As a Product Manager on this team, you will:
o Set the vision for your product space and outline a roadmap that impacts the customer experience and delivers incremental value to your business.
o Work with business leaders, scientists, engineers and UX designers to translate business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables, including the design, development, testing, and deployment of customer-facing experiences at scale.
o Work on a variety of challenging problems that have the potential to significantly impact Amazon's business and customer experience.
o Manage prioritization and trade-offs for speed to market, performance, and features.
o Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.
o Create program goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve goals.
About the teamOur team creates value by solving acute customer pain points during the product discovery phase of the shopping journey, building intuitive experiences at scale that improve customers' ability to discover products.
We are an interdisciplinary team of Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, and Scientists incubating and building day-one solutions to solve some of the toughest business problems at Amazon.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
