ASLD is looking for a customer-obsessed Program Manager to drive learning and development for NA AVS Customer Success Managers.
This position involves a high degree of coordination and regular communication with management and stakeholders on status, relevant insights and operational program metrics.
Cross-team coordination and influencing capabilities, superior analytical abilities, project management skills, an executive presence, and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously are all essential.
The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rolling up sleeves to deliver for internal customers.
Key job responsibilitieso Managing the program lifecycle from ideation through launch and subsequent cycles;o Executing monthly live onboarding training in partnership with business stakeholders;o Owning scalable onboarding training for core Stores job functions;o Developing long range plans and strategic senior leadership partnerships;o Partnering with functional experts in the business and learning specialists in ASLD to build out the Customer Success Management learning roadmap;o Designing and implementing new processes to help scale the business;o Proposing new ideas, concepts, or features supported by customer data and projected results;o Managing bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making trade-offs, balancing business needs versus technical constraints, and maximizing business benefits while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
