Design Program Manager , WW Amazon Private Brands Creative, Design & Operations

In this role you will act as the key business contact for all cross functional partner teams from project intake through to delivery and are ultimately responsible for keeping projects on track in scope and timely delivery.
You will actively collaborate with senior leaders and cross functional creative teams, facilitating sign off for creative projects and support troubleshooting for execution.
Key job responsibilitieso Detail Page Project Management:
Independently manages WW HPB & CPB detail page production in collaboration with ShopX and Visual Inovation Technology, including infographics and ASIN imaging end-to-end, provides inputs to identify opportunities to optimize processes, shorten timelines and use budgets more efficiently.
As such is also responsible for onboarding product families into processes and manging the process alongside ShopX marketing manager.
o Process improvement & Offshoring:
Works alongside Senior Design Program Manager to identify opportunities for offshoring and process improvement:
o Is responsible for detail page upload failures deep dives and trouble shooting, with the goal to standardize paths for resolution to offshore via SOPs.
o Supports Senior Design Program Manager in asset uploads, tagging and manual work.
As such, collaborates with Senior Design Program Manager to offshore manual tasks and actively manages partner relationships.
A day in the lifeThe ideal candidate will have the ability to estimate the size of a project, prioritize and is able to put the right people in the room, exhibits a high degree of self-driven organization, with the ability to provide and maintain structure for competing, fast moving priorities.
The candidate will be an effective, concise and clear communicator (verbal and written), with proven track record of effective meeting management and earning trust.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
