As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and passionate Sr.
UX Designer to play a vital role in shaping the end-to-end experiences, insist on the highest quality of interaction design, and impact multiple experiences by harmonizing common patterns of use.
The role will be focused on working in the headcount management space as a part of the larger ecosystem of inter-connected products in workforce planning.
Effective controllership combined with an optimal user experience is an absolute requirement to manage approved plan and hiring to successfully staff our Amazon businesses with the right talent at the right time.
Our systems form the centerpiece of this ecosystem and establish the source of truth for approved plans.
The products we own have grown to be business critical for AWS and Amazon businesses.
Our largest and most passionate customer is AWS who has deemed our service mission critical.
You will be working closely with Product Management to help craft the vision and set the product direction.
To be successful, you must be a critical, inventive, and strategic thinker with clear design chops and an ability to communicate your ideas effectively to peers, stakeholders and executives.
Finance and enterprise design experience is a plus! Key job responsibilitieso Stay ahead of developments in the Fintech and UX design space, and use this deep expertise as an input to help craft the north star strategy for products with a path to incremental transition from current state.
o Partner with colleagues both within and outside the AWS Fintech org to deliver on shareable common UI services that can be used across products.
o Insist on highest standards of interface designs and defend in reviews both internally and externally with stakeholders in product/engineering leadership.
o Use research practices in how teams frame problems to be solved, experiment with multiple concepts through ideation workshops, and evaluate how the product is meeting customer goals (pre/post release) with engagement analytics.
o Earn trust across multiple internal Amazon teams (design, engineering, product) to achieve your goals.
o Help up-level the team with UX skill trainings, sharing best practices on scaling impact, and hosting team events to build an inclusive culture.
A day in the lifeYou will be working closely with leaders and teams across product, engineering, and design.
You will also build key partnerships with customers both from the AWS finance org and also from other AWS teams.

At AWS Fintech we build and operate systems that provide management and financial reporting for AWS.
Our multi-year vision is to build a comprehensive, single source of truth finance data platform for AWS that automates repetitive data sourcing, data validation, and reporting processes to free finance users to spend more time performing complex analyses, supporting business decisions, and telling the story.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Jersey City, NJ, USA Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
