The Global Information Security (GIS) group provides services and solutions to protect the value and use of Disney's information through risk evaluation, collaboration, standardization, enforcement, and education across the enterprise.
We are here to protect the brand and reputation while enabling and supporting the business units.
GIS teams are located in Seattle, Glendale, and Orlando.
In order to ensure that our services keep TWDC secure, we follow an ongoing, iterative process, including continued reevaluation of our services over time to address emerging threats, as well as changes in business and technology.
This process includes:
Analysis of known and emerging threats to determine risks against TWDC assets; Creation, maintenance, governance and communication of security policies and standards across TWDC; Assessment and audit of compliance against the security policies and standards; Assurance that TWDC assets are effectively managed and monitored to meet TWDC security criteria.

The Security Architecture and Engineering team partner with business Segments to design, build, and integrate cybersecurity solutions that proactively protect TWDC assets, data, and guests to reduce risk exposure.
What You Will Do:
The Principal Security Architect is responsible for supporting the strategic advancement and the operational excellence of TWDC's enterprise cyber security solutions, including but not limited to:
Position the security architecture function as the lifeline for technical security solutioning.
Function as a subject matter expert and thought leader Drive efforts to standardize security solutions across the enterprise, reduce cost of solutions, and maximize ROI.
Work closely with Enterprise Architects to align security requirements with business drivers Develop a strong working relationship with technical staff and be able to gain trust and credibility through deep Security knowledge and technical subject matter expertise Undertake the enterprise design for security solutions, including organizational structure, security processes, technical subskills, components, implementations, and integrations.
What You Will Bring:
Minimum of 10
years' experience in a technology organization, with at least 3 years of information security architecture experience supporting a moderate to large federated organization.
Deep Security technical knowledge and subject matter expertise across all information security domains.
Familiarity with architecture tools such as ArchiMate or BlueDolphin.
Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze, interpret, recommend and communicate solutions to complex security risks.
Ability to multi-task, manage, prioritize and organize one's own time while delivering accurately, on-time, and with attention to detail.
Ability to understand and articulate complex business issues in a clear, concise, and easily consumable audience-specific format; especially executive-level messaging Ability to develop strong and effective working relationships.
Able to problem-solve and perform necessary research to identify relevant solutions Must have situational awareness and ability to adjust conversation and approach based on culture/ environmental factors Must have clear and concise verbal and written communications skills; ability to articulate recommendations and risk interpretations in a clear, concise and audience-specific format Able to proactively provide status and concerns that may impact the execution of assigned project or tasks Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study.

CRISC, CISM, CRMP, CISSP#DISNEYTECHThe hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $164,492 to $220,660 per year, in Colorado is $156,620 to $210,100 per year, and in NYC and Seattle, WA is $172,282 to $231,110.
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
