About the teamOur marketing systems team is on a mission to build the most measurable, cross-channel messaging capability possible, to attract and engage customersWe will do this through scalable motions, with the most relevant messaging and increasing reach of our marketing motionsWe are a cross functional team of engineers, analysts, marketers, and product managers that deliver the insights, internal systems and tools that fuel Stripe's growth.
As part of the Marketing Systems team, you will own systems that power go-to-market motions productizing gathered insights and intelligenceThis includes building tools that power better digital experiences, accelerate customer journey with intelligent orchestrations, drive smarter decisions with CDP, and improve marketer productivity.
What you'll doResponsibilitiesWork closely with product, program and business leaders to develop a long term vision and execute on marketing systems strategy that scales marketing motions.
Adapt prioritization and staffing decisions as the team, business, and user demands progressDesign and build delightful Stripe facing tooling and business critical services to support marketing channel infrastructure.
Ensure our infrastructure is extensible, scalable, reliable, and meets SLAs for both external and internal usersImprove engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team of engineers.
Who you areWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the roleIf you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to applyThe preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Minimum requirementsOver seven years of software engineering, including at least 3 years of management experienceOrganizational leadership experience, including experience collaborating with executive leadershipExperience proactively seeking feedback from users, business leaders, and subject matter expertsExcellent verbal and written communicationPreferred qualificationsExperience in marketing domain building products that contribute to marketing tech stack.
Experience with machine learning, recommender systems, product-led growth, and/or lifecycle marketing.
Experience developing/shaping internally and externally facing productsExperience building distributed systems or a microservices architectureBachelors or Masters degree in a technical field (e.
g.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
