SHEIN is hiring the Product Operation Director for IE Team based in Seattle.
The IE team is a group of operational leaders driving process and operational system optimization, layout design, automation, and continuous improvement for the US Fulfillment Network.
This team is essential to establish best in class network performance across all process paths, accelerate implementation of technological advancements and to strengthen the technical acumen and process knowledge for the operational leaders across the FC network.
As SHEIN US continues to rapidly grow the FC footprint and infuse the organization with new talent, we need to ensure the operations teams are equipped with the functional expertise to successfully deliver expected gains for technology advances and network wide process improvements.
The team would drive process control and shifting mean performance with the outcome of minimizing variation between shifts, building and region, to deliver strong operation performance.
The team will work closely with the Site Operations, Product, Planning and Operation Management team to improve the input metrics for each of the process paths by prioritizing and channeling resources to address gaps in these input metrics.
Key
Responsibilities:
1.
Actively look for continuous improvement to product delivery processes with senior product, insights and technology leaders pursuing process improvement;2.
Overall manage all system requirements within US Fulfillment, work with Product and Technology teams to log, verify, track and resolve product issues;3.
Develop and evolve frameworks for allocating product and tech resources to key initiatives, measuring the effectiveness of resource allocation, and optimizing over time for effective management;4.
Connect Product and Technology planning to broader cross functional corporate planning in partnership with HQ;5.
Build trust and collaborative working relationships with key business partners.
Skills &
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelors degree and above in Business Management, Finance, Law, Engineering, Quality Management or related field;2.
6
years of product management, product operations, technical program management, and/or engineering experience with a proven track record of successful product delivery and transformation in top E-commerce companies; Be familiar with logistics and supply chain in US;3.
Has experience influencing a stakeholders at difference levels (from process users to decision makers) in dynamic organizations to align on long-term solutions.
4.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up; Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables;5.
Strong people partnership skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams;6.
Proficient oral and written communication skills.
Pay:
$121,600.
00 min.
- $211,000.
00 max annually, plus, bonus & RSU offered.
