Summary:
Reuben's Brews is looking for an HR Specialist to galvanize the team, helping others by sharing knowledge, providing resources, and building or refining processes so we can all work together to create a stronger company.
Success in this role will mean we have strong HR processes in place that are followed by all and a cohesive, values-aligned team.

Reuben's Brews is a family brewery that opened in 2012.
We brew from the glass backwards:
designing each beer with intention, unbound by constraints.
We know making the extra effort is worth it.
We are the most decorated brewery in Washington, with fifty team members, two brewhouses, two tasting rooms, and two private event spaces.
We distribute our beer predominantly in the Pacific Northwest, and in 2023 we brewed 27,000 BBLs.
The role:
This role is responsible for the following:
HR operations leadership and management over the full employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, training, performance review and/or improvement, offboarding, etc.
) Build and manage processes for leaders and supervisors to manage performance (training and development, performance review, performance improvement process, etc.
) Payroll and benefits management through our HR information and payroll system Ensure legal compliance and best practices in company policies The successful candidate will have:
A bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or a related field 2
years experience in HR at a small to medium sized business In addition to these minimum requirements, we expect the successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
A glass backwards mentality - taking unique, solution-focused approaches to problems A proven ability to make it happen - infectiously enthusiastic and can-do attitude - a thirst to learn, to teach others, and an obsessive commitment to our brewery's success is an absolute must A focus on pouring delight for internal and external customers, partners, and the Reuben's team A drive for success as one team - a team-focused approach to achieve results The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time as necessitated by business demands.
