We are looking for a dynamic, bright, and organized self-starter to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Leader for Annapurna Labs, a subsidiary of Amazon.
com.
The role is based in Seattle and reports into our AWS HR organization.
This individual will be the HR leader for the Annapurna Labs team which is responsible for building innovation in silicon and software for AWS customers.
With development centers in the U.
S.
and Israel, Annapurna is at the forefront of innovation by combining cloud scale with the world's most talented engineers.
The team covers multiple disciplines including silicon engineering, hardware design and verification, software, and operations.
This role is part of a fun and passionate global HR and business group and requires strong client management and team collaboration across organizations.
We are looking for a professional who has the ability to diagnose issues, spot patterns, and develop solutions that de-risks and accelerates the business.

You will forge strong trusting relationships with Business Leaders operating significantly large global organizations.
You easily collaborate across groups, influence decisions all levels of the organization, and roll-up your sleeves and execute hands on with staff.
Strong business acumen, coaching capabilities, communications skills, and change management practices are a must.
This individual must be able to balance competing priorities and conflicting opinions, and facilitate the best decisions for employees in a rapidly changing environment.
Key job responsibilitiesResponsibilities for this role includes:
o Driving the development and implementation of the AWS HR strategy for their client groups, across the US and Israel by partnering with leaders across the globe.
o Partner with senior leaders and their leadership teams to develop the talent strategy needed to support our tremendous growth, and build a work environment where employees can thrive and grow.
o Working closely with specialist central HR teams, as well as matrixed site and international HR colleagues.
o Assessing the HR needs in areas such as performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, career development, diversity and compensation/rewards.
o Function as a consultant and a coach to key leaders and their respective organizations; engage in strategic planning meetings to translate business needs into HR plans.
o Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
o Review and analyze business and employee demographic metrics in order to recommend systemic improvements.
o Partner with the business to lead our Organization and Leadership Review, which focuses on promotions, talent development and organizational health priorities.
o Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling.
o Work with partner organizations to support line managers and employees to address various employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.
o Partner with the AWS talent acquisition team to build systemic and scalable recruiting programs to create a sustainable pipeline of talent.
o Able to travel domestically and internationally, as appropriate.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
