The Chief Seattle Council, Boy Scouts of America is looking for an Volunteer Support Specialist to support to our 10,000
members across Western and Central Washington.
This is a full-time position with benefits, 37.
5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1.
Retail Sales:
Manage sales promotions, inventory control, stock layout, and display, expenditures and budget maintenance, and control of physical inventories to meet sales and earnings objectives.
Follow procedures to maintain inventories, conduct physical inventories, maintain store appearance, and complete day-to-day paperwork.
2.
Assists telephone and walk in customers with information to meet their needs.
3.
Assist volunteers and staff 4.
Answers the phone and greeting Council visitors 5.
Trading post payment receipting 6.
Open, log and receipt daily mail 7.
Copying, scanning, collating documents, and stuffing envelopes 8.
Preparing unit recruiting materials and awards certificates 9.
Maintain application log, databases, and files 10.
Provide general secretarial support to district events and activities.
11.
Perform other duties as assigned The salary range is $22.
00-$25.
00 per hour and may include an annual bonus.

Employees receive 12 paid holidays, 7.
5 hours of vacation time every month, bereavement leave, marriage leave and volunteer BSA service.
