OverviewTRC is seeking an EHS International Services Leader to manage the international teaming partners (select EHS consultants) program that will allow us to pursue selected global EHS opportunities and utilize our global partners to deliver excellent EHS services.
The EHS International Services Leader will report directly to the Vice President and National Director of EHS Services.
The EHS International Services Leader will be responsible for growing and managing TRC's network of global EHS service providers outside the US and the UK.
This position will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the services and deliverables meet TRC' highest standards of quality.
The EHS International Services Leader will be part of the National EHS Services Leadership organization - coordinating with our various NSLs and Strategic Account Teams.
Responsibilities Focused on TRC's Environmental Sector growth and delivery of EHS Services on a global basis.
Works with the applicable NSLs and the Director of TAS to develop, implement, and maintain a strategy and execution plan for pursuing and delivering global EHS Services.
Establishes, maintains, and improves upon our branding, marketing, and sales materials for the delivery of global EHS Services.
Supports our Communications and Marketing Team's activities regarding digital media campaigns and website content for global EHS Services.
Establishes, maintains, and improves work standards, practices, and tools for the efficient delivery, thoroughness, and quality of global EHS Services.
Mentors and coaches project managers and project consultants for the growth and delivery of EHS Services as part of a global delivery platform.
Participate as an EHS specialist in performing EHS due diligence, EHS auditing, and EHS compliance work assignments.
Interfaces with and develops a strong rapport and positive relationship with our team partners, targeted clients and team members.
Qualifications Professional or technical degree in engineering, safety, or related field.
Advanced degree preferred.

years of providing consulting services related to EHS Services for industrial and commercial clients.
Requires previous consulting experience coordinating and performing EHS Services.
Proven track record with successful marketing, business development, and business management.
Strong communications and technical skills both written and oral.
Work as a team player to support our global EHS Services platform.
Ability to work in an industrial environment.
Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable means of transportation.
Willing to travel up to 30% of the time over the calendar year.
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience managing a global EHS Services program.
Prior experience and technical capabilities associated with EHS auditing, management systems, and due diligence services.
Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Certified Professional Auditor.
