To support our mission, the AHS People, eXperience, and Technology (PXT) team is hiring a Sr.
HR Business Partner to provide end-to-end HR support to senior leaders and teams within our Health Partnerships and Marketing organization.
This is a highly visible role and is both strategic and hands-on.
The role will be a trusted advisor and business partner, and will oversee talent management, organizational design and effectiveness, workforce planning, employee development and engagement, among other HR efforts for their client group.
To be successful in this role, the Sr.
HR Business Partner must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that drives the business.
The role will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations for innovative and scalable solutions as well as iterating on current programs to improve performance, retention and the employee experience.
The role is a key player in helping to cultivate an environment which enables the organization to attract, develop, engage, and retain employees.
The role will also have the opportunity to lead and participate in cross-functional and AHS or company-wide projects and programs.
The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth, start-up environment and has a demonstrated ability to engage collaboratively at all levels of an organization.
They will also possess a broad range of competencies including the ability to influence without authority, agility and flexibility, an adaptable communication style based on audience, and the ability to analyze complex data, propose and deliver concise solutions, and produce high quality results.
Key job responsibilitieso Proactively managing the pulse of the business.
Regularly monitoring key organizational metrics and goals and identifying insights that equip leaders to evolve their organizations in alignment with goals.
o Leveraging data to identify, forecast, and analyze risks and opportunities to improve the employee experience.
o Identifying and deeply understanding problem statements, developing solutions and influencing business leaders, partners, and stakeholders on recommendations without direct authority.
o Creating strategic action plans to improve team effectiveness, build leader capabilities, and improve the employee experience.
o Leading with empathy and earning trust of employees at all levels of the organization.
o Operating with autonomy and discretion within, at times, a challenging and ambiguous environment.
Leveraging high judgment to assess risks and articulate risks and trade offs to business leaders.
o Managing large-scale cyclical talent processes while also diving into the details of nuanced employee-specific questions and concerns.
o Ruthlessly prioritizing and identifying tradeoffs to ensure resources are focused on the highest impact work.
o Contributing ideation and written narratives to larger Think Big initiatives.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
