Inclusive Experiences and Technology's (IXT) is seeking Business Operations leader to make things easier for global stakeholders, drive strategic planning and develop robust operational processes, support successful organizational scaling and operational efficiency, while having fun in the process.
You will lead and support programs and initiatives across IXT and collaborate with other central teams within PXT.
Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilitieso Manage long-range and annual planning cadence which operationalizes our strategy into actionable programs and initiatives.
o Lead the business cadence for Inclusive Experiences, running and improving mechanisms to set, manage and track goals, and ensure accountability for results.
o Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews for Inclusive Experiences leadership.
o Develop new mechanisms and processes to increase operational efficiency.
o Serve as program manager for key team projects, driving the strategic vision and project execution forward.
o Create mechanisms to connect and align goals across the team with IXT processes and cadences.
o Partner with the Program Managers across IXT to ensure close alignment on strategic priorities.
