Sr Sales Operations Manager

As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will be partnering with SPRS Sales, Global CRM, Learning & Development, and the extended Sales Strategy and Operations team, to provide strategic business insights and support business growth and operational excellence.
In this role, you will manage a team focused on optimizing the sales pipeline, which includes driving efficiencies in the identification, qualification, and nurturing of leads to convert them into customers.
You will be responsible for enabling the sales process to function smoothly, ensuring the SPRS Sales team is equipped with the right tools to drive growth, and providing the right data to the leadership team to enable data-driven decisions that boost revenue.
The ability to comprehend both quantitative and qualitative data points, connect the dots, and create executive-level content is critical to be successful in this role.

Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
