We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team, the team aims to provide better products and experience, better delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value.
Responsibilities Be responsible for US supply chain planning and solution design.
Regarding different stages of e-commerce development and different categories, work with cross functional teams to identify pain points, design the optimal solutions and optimize processes, procedures and system to gain better performance for platform, merchants, consumers, creators, institutions and ecology.
Solutions include but not limited to fulfillment system feature, warehouse network design, inventory replenishment plan based on volume forecast, inbound cross dock, etc.
Coordinate with internal and external teams, resources and channels, ensure the designed solution is launched with high quality and rollout as planned.
Qualifications Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of working experience in US e-commerce fulfillment and logistics industry.
More than 5 years in inventory allocation, replenishment, warehouse network design.
Strong MS Excel, Data Analytics, Statistical Forecasting abilities are required.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
