Senior Manager, AWS Executive Development, Talent Development

The AWS Talent Development team is looking for an innovative leader with executive development, executive coaching, and leadership assessment experience to serve as the Senior Manager, Executive Development.
In this role, you will lead a team of business aligned Executive Development Partners to deliver programs and products that maximize the potential of our executive talent and build a strong pipeline for our most critical roles.

As a senior member of the AWS Talent Development team, this role provides ample opportunity to drive measurable results for customers and regularly engage with key People Experience and Technology (PXT) partners and senior business leaders.
This role requires the ability to navigate an environment characterized by a high level of ambiguity and operate autonomously to solve complex talent and organizational business problems.
The successful candidate will be an excellent operator capable of using novel research and science to invent and improve programs, and break down large plans into tangible initiatives and goals, and track these closely to deliver results.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
