We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Employee Relations Team as a Senior Employee Relations Investigator.

The ideal candidate for this position has strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee relations issues and projects.
Key job responsibilitiesThe Senior Employee Relations Investigator will work proactively to:
o Investigate highly sensitive HR issues, including:
conducting claimant, witness, and accused employee interviews; analyzing data from various internal systems; composing investigation reports; proposing remedial action based on investigation findingso Independently manage assigned casework, bringing investigations to closure rapidly and definitivelyo Analyze casework trends to produce strategic, proactive recommendations to HR and the business to proactively address and mitigate systemic issueso Partner in analysis and revision of people programs, policies, and practices to sustain a positive work environment for Amazon Employeeso Consult and collaborate with business partners, Corporate ER teams, and Legal teams on complex employee investigationso Earn Trust:
Safeguard the goodwill of our employees by ensuring that Amazon's treatment of employees is fair, respectful, and consistent with Amazon's core business values and objectives.
The individual also will work reactively on critical employee relations issues that are crisis-oriented and typically can only be successfully completed with limited time.
Balancing time between projects and crisis-response is a critical component for success in the position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
