Construction Executive

We are looking for a reliable Construction Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.
You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.
Responsibilities Responsibilities include the overall planning, direction, organization, and budgeting of all construction or maintenance work, on the project to the highest safety and quality levels Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations Coordinate with the client, project management, and project services in identifying required reporting procedures and formats for the client Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory Meet contractual conditions of performance Review the work progress on a daily basis Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones Ensure the necessary permits and licenses (notice of the project, insurance certificates, workers' compensation, environmental permits etc.
) are identified and obtained prior to the start of construction activities on site Analyze, manage and mitigate risks Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques Requirements Related Functional
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of construction experience or equivalent Be knowledgeable of Health and Safety programs and project-specific regulations Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards Understanding of all facets of the construction process Ability to read, analyze and identify discrepancies in engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents Competent in conflict and crisis management Leadership and human resources management skills Excellent time and project management skills BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a related field Benefits RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that focuses on providing candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions specifically tailored to their needs.
