Principal DEI Bus. Partner, AWS APPS, Inclusion Diversity and Equity - AWS APPS

Do you want to lead inclusion, diversity, and equity strategies for a dynamic organization within Amazon Web Services? We are seeking a North America-based, experienced Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Business Partner to partner with multiple senior business leaders, Human Resources business teams and other centers of excellence (Talent Leadership & Development, Early Talent, etc.
) to develop and implement the AWS Apps Inclusion Diversity Equity strategy.
You will help create and maintain a workplace that is equitable and inclusive for employees of all backgrounds.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement and measure several Inclusion, Diversity & Equity initiatives.
You will develop strategies, initiatives, and have accountability for their success.
These include critical mechanisms to drive equity within the business and support leader education and engagement opportunities and communication.
This role will require deep and consistent engagement across teams and strong skills in strategy development, inclusion diversity and equity, data analysis, collaboration, and communication.
Key job responsibilities- Strategic Leadership:
Develop and deliver a data-driven global ID&E strategy.
Design strategies and mechanisms that scale with the business' growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion.
Develop tactical solution to changes to adapt to market changes.
- Inclusion Diversity and Equity Expertise:
Build strong relationships with business leaders to develop a deep understanding of the business and increase awareness and understanding of initiatives.
- Support:
increased ownership and self-service within the business by growing existing initiatives and training leaders on SOPs and tools.
Provide resources and guidance needed to incorporate ID&E the way we do business.
- Data and analysis:
Provide regular reporting on ID&E metrics to business leaders.
Analyze data and translate metrics, research, and trends into and improvement opportunities.
- Cross-functional coordination:
Increase efficiencies through partnerships with the business to streamline varied efforts across leaders- Communication:
Clearly and concisely articulate ideas, concepts, and proposals to engage team, peers, and management.
Leverage strong interpersonal awareness and skills with particular emphasis on assertiveness, support, confrontation, listening, and group process.

Seattle, WA, USA Sumner, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
