This role needs to be based out of Seattle, WA Amazon's Ads Product & Tech, Analytics, US HR Partner and Org Development PXT Team seeks a Senior PM to lead people operations and strategy.

If you are looking for a role that is integral to supporting a rapidly growing business, this role may be a great fit for you! In this role, you will be responsible for program managing all Rhythm of the Business (ROB) activities for the HR team in support of the business.
This includes annual goal setting and monthly goal tracking, cyclical reporting (QBR, OP1/2, etc.
), coordination and preparation for cyclical Talent process, and other recurring meetings (Offsites, Monthly Team Meetings, All-Team Townhall Meetings, etc.
).
There will also be additional HR projects, with specific focus on creating efficiencies in HR programs (reduce duplication of effort!), automating/leveraging data and insights for scale, and solving big problems that affect the employee experience.
This role has a continuous improvement charter which includes responsibility for improvements to processes, programs and projects, and for representing the interests of HRBPs/HRPs and influencing change with central teams.
This role offers visibility and opportunity to influence team strategy setting and execution, as the incumbent is expected to organize and partner with HR leadership in the development of short and long term strategic plans.
Program management experience in HR is preferred and the successful candidate will have both a passion for, and a track record of driving process improvements, balancing competing priorities and thinking creatively to solve complex problems with innovative ideas.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
