Design and Architectural Leadership:
Develop and maintain the mobile application architecture for native platforms (iOS, Android, etc.
), ensuring alignment with the company's business goals and technical scalability.
Hands-On Development:
While this is a leadership role, we believe in a hands-on approach.
You'll occasionally dive into the code, guiding and setting standards for the team, especially in Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android.
Communication:
Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers, ensuring clear communication about architectural decisions, trade-offs, and updates.
Technology Evolution:
Keep up-to-date with the latest in mobile technologies, tools, design patterns, and best practices, ensuring our applications remain current and competitive.
Performance and Security:
Prioritize and implement security best practices in mobile architectures.
Ensure mobile applications are optimized for performance and user experience.
Integration:
Oversee the integration of mobile apps with other enterprise systems and databases, ensuring smooth inter-operability and a unified user experience.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed architecture and design documents.
Ensure that the documentation is clear, concise, and effectively communicated to the development team.
DevOps Understanding:
Demonstrate a robust understanding of DevOps processes and tools, ensuring efficient, repeatable, and scalable mobile app deployments.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide the mobile development team, ensuring they adhere to architectural standards and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Mobile Enterprise Architect or in a similar role with a focus on native mobile application development.
Deep knowledge of mobile platforms like iOS and Android, including hands-on experience with Swift and Kotlin.
Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and mobile backend services.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Good understanding of DevOps principles, tools, and best practices.
Experience in cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Years of experience in architecting solutions for different mobile platforms.
Strong knowledge of different design architectures like MVC, MVVM, VIPER.
Define high level solution approach & team structure based on customer workout sessions Define architecture and design the changes.
Mentor development team on technical approach, code reviewing, coaching and mentoring.
Ensure that the coding standards are followed, experience in TDD and pair programming.
Comprehensive knowledge of Design Patterns and Software Development Life Cycle policies and procedures.
Should have been working in Mobile technologies for at least 6 years with minimum 4years of experience in designing architecture for mobile solutions.
Good understanding of agile and scrum Build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with client Take ownership of proposals and pre-sales activities and experience in estimations.
