Account Executive, Fulfillment Recruitment & Development
Amazon Services is seeking a dynamic and motivated account executive for our Seller services sales team (www.
amazonservices.
com).
This position is chartered with developing and managing a sales pipeline mix of both high value and transactional accounts while executing sales and account management strategies to deliver results that will exceed aggressive output goals.
Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective and existing accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross- functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
Key job responsibilitiesAccount Reps within the Fulfillment Recruitment & Development Team will need to be able to work autonomously while earning the trust of their peers and Sellers, be highly motivated, and Deliver Results.
Capturing the Voice of the Seller is just as important as recruiting new Sellers for Supply Chain by Amazon.
A day in the lifeThis person will focus on the recruitment and development of 3P Sellers into Supply Chain by Amazon.
Successful Account Reps will balance their day with outbound calls to prospective Sellers, account management communications with their existing Sellers, and internal deep dives to resolve Seller friction points.
About the teamAs a member of the Fulfillment Recruitment Team, you will be specifically collaborating with partner Direct Sales Teams/product teams - focused on the recruitment and optimization of 3P Sellers for Supply Chain by Amazon.
You will be one of seven Account Representatives on this sub-team, but actively working alongside peer teams across our greater Fulfillment Recruitment & Development Team.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Arlington, VA, USA Seattle, WA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
