Responsibilities:
Schedules and tracks shipments and updates shipment status for inbound and outbound delivery and pickups.
Scans and images shipment documents and keys customer invoices, exports, and data entries.
Prints checks, updates cash shipments, distributes reports, and updates weight gain logs.
Acts as a liaison between UPS Freight Forwarding and external/internal customers and manages customer expectations.
Supports Dangerous Goods Outbound and others processes.
Works on compliance audit projects, complex daily operations reports, and delinquent shipments.
Cross-trains co-workers in processes and also customers when new products or services are introduced.
Conducts root-cause analysis and make recommendations to reduce poor service trends.
