The Sales Executive is accountable for net new sales for Wipro.
Sales Executives should be able to establish strong relationships with the clients (including CxO level relationships) using their industry experience and network , and open doors for the new opportunities in the market place.
This role is into pure hunting of new accounts for Wipro.
Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts in the specific industry segments at Wipro.
Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical.
Identify key decision makers in client organization and industrytodevelop and strengthen relationships with themandbecome a trusted advisor for them Understand executive imperatives and transformation agenda, offers a differentiated solution to deliver business impact by bring the 'best of Wipro' to the client, across all business lines.
Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion dollar engagements.
Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory and able to manage objection well and make their way in for new areas of growth with our customers Leverage alliances(cloud, digitaletc)and external partnershipsto identify different accounts wherejoint proposition/ solutioncan be delivered to a customer Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential.
Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality A leader with 18-22 years with any Tier 1 company who can have strong industry experience and a network of relationships across key businesses in those industries.
They are able to connect at the C-Suite, originate very large opportunities and mobilize clients to act for Wipro.
Proven acumen in acquiring G2000 client relationships and mobilizing/leading teams to win significant business for Wipro.
Must have a working knowledge of global delivery model and should have closed large deals in hunting new business.
Should possess excellent communication skills be able to effectively communicate with CXO leaders.
Should possess excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
