Read/review project plans and assist with assembly of bid proposal Solicit subcontractor bids Perform quantity take-offs, double check sub-contractor takeoffs Analyze quotations, Negotiate pricing from subcontractors & suppliers.
Communicate with architects & consultants to clarify scope of work, materials, conflict resolution Develop value (engineering) opportunities to present to the client and architect Assist in preparing RFP's
Qualifications:
5
years of general construction experience preferred 1
year experience bidding on remodel projects preferred Experience With Estimating Software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid Driver's License What We Offer:
Salary Rate:
