oExpertise and specialization in:
o SQLo Azure Databricks / Sparko Azure Data Factoryo SSASo Azure Analytics Serviceso Power BIoStrong understanding of BI areas.
Ability to work in large, complex development BI projects including the proactive identification of issues and coordination of resolutions.
oKnowledge of Azure Data Platforms is a mustoAble to work independently to implement a solution with minimal guidanceoStrong Analytical and troubleshooting skillsoAbility to learn new related technology quickly and independentlyoAbility to communicate senior stakeholders - technical & business.
oStrong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
oExcellent communication skills and ability to work under continual deadline constraints are necessary
Responsibilities:
oLead delivery for a complex data support engagement involving Azure technologies and complex business rulesoCoordinate delivery between onsite and offshore teams working across different time zonesoTrack SLAs and KPIs, provide status, track incidents / tickets, queue managementoWork on high priority & complex tickets / incidentsoClarify business rules, data queries, and provide resolutionoTrain team members / ramp up on new functionalityoWork on complex BI ecosystems and design / develop solutions based on SQL SSAS, develop cubes, analyze datasetsoAnalyze data sets, data patterns & perform gap analysisoDefine solution roadmaps, working prototypes, analysis findingsoCommunicate design, requirements, feature set, functionality, usability and limitations of subsystem to team and/or development lead or manager.
oParticipate in Business Requirements and Functional Requirements meetings, identify gaps in requirements and drive discussion around appropriate solutions.
oProvide client communication as appropriate to project.
