Marketing Performance Lead

You'll be working with teams across marketing, data and finance to understand and improve our marketing.
It'll be challenging, rewarding, maybe a bit sweaty but also loads of fun!What you'll Set up and facilitate a process to monitor, measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, across all Zwift's channels.
This should lead to recommendations for experiments and improvements on our spend and activities, in collaboration with the various marketing and data teams.
Work with marketing team members to establish and track KPIs and objectives for these marketing initiatives, ultimately leading to an understanding of how our top line metrics are driven by marketing levers.
Work with the marketing leadership team to drive and improve the marketing budgeting process and hence allocation for Zwift.
Perform deep dive analysis on specific aspects of the marketing initiatives / projects or experiments Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in marketing measurement and technologies to bring forward new ideas for enhancing our capabilities.
What we're looking Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret, dig into and challenge complex data, as well as the ability to translate that into actionable insights.
Track record of understanding and optimising marketing spend.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain data to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.
Understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing and online customer behavior.
Willingness to get stuck in and hustle to solve problems.
Bonus Deep understanding of specific marketing channels and tools (e.
g.
Google Analytics).
Previous experience conducting or using marketing attribution, marketing mix modelling and channel optimisation Experience working within a digital subscription business and/or sports industry.
