Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Home HealthCareerStaff Unlimited is looking to hire a motivated, independent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with good time management for a full-time home health contract position in Redmond, WA! This position will involve caring for a client with a spinal cord injury.
Along with nursing duties, the LPN will assist with home care responsibilities.
Some driving may be included so a reliable vehicle and car insurance, as well as a clean driving record, is required.
Shift times can be flexible! COVID vaccination required.

POSITION
Qualifications:
o Ability to work with other personnel and develop/maintain good relationso Demonstrate thorough knowledge of nursing care and current clinical practice, treatments, and interventions, specific to the position specialty.
o Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
o Promote patient's independence by establishing patient care goals.
o Resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
o Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations.
o Ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism.
o Ability to deal tactfully with residents, students, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public, according to position setting.
o Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.
o Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
o Demonstrate proficiency in written/verbal skills in the English languageo Sufficient computer skills are required to perform duties.
CERTIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS:
o 6-12 months of recent supervised LPN experience in the Nursing Home setting (within the last 1 year)o Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
