Wants to shadow all operations and duties of a trainer/leader or manager in the office.
Offers creative ideas and design promotions to offer new specials to the customers.
Someone who is goal-oriented and can contribute goals to better the companies operations.
Someone with integrity while handling personal customer information.
Can demonstrate organizational skills and understand the knots and bolts of the daily marketing process.
Junior Marketing Associate
Responsibilities:
Conduct all marketing using the face-to-face approach with the customers provided by the client.
Participate in weekly conference calls with other Marketing Associates in different markets to gather new ideas for the team.
Track daily office and personal goals and revenue.
Understand daily goals for the team and offer tips, tricks, and coaching guides if available.
Get familiar with personal duties given by upper-level management to contribute to the team effort.
Skills Desired:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
Excellent Interpersonal, Research, and Time Management Skills.
Experience in coaching or training.
Leadership Experience.
