Job Summary and Mission The selected candidate will be responsible for the successful end-to-end technology management of the Product Data Exchange program of projects that span a set of capabilities to enable business value for downstream systems and applications.
This position contributes to Starbucks' success by working cross-functionally with Corporate Technology, Enterprise Data Office, Customer Retail Technology, and other Starbucks Technology teams on program planning, roadmap development and project delivery to help deliver product master data for Starbucks systems and applications.
The successful candidate must be a well-rounded leader who can drive and sustain collaboration with Starbucks stakeholders across both Technology and Business, especially within challenging and ambiguous areas.
The candidate must be an experienced, self-starter program manager, who works both independently and very collaboratively with others, is comfortable coming into a role with an existing cross-functional team, possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and consistently provides team members with clear direction.
Must be comfortable with delivery through the complete project lifecycle, from analysis and design to development and test, deployment, and closure.
Must proactively identify and manage issues, risks, and change control processes especially across the program and between projects.
The technology program manager must have strong oral and written communication.
They must be comfortable presenting and leading through challenging conversations with all audiences, including individual contributors, team members, managers, directors, and VP
stakeholders.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees tactical planning and day-to-day management of one or more programs in the ST portfolio.
Collaborates with ST and business leadership on annual strategic planning for the program.
In partnership with the program portfolio managers and director, engages stakeholders on project ideation and assists in the creation of business cases and return on investment assessments.
Develops a deep understanding of projects within the program and the broader technology portfolio; manages assigned projects with a clear understanding of business and ST context and develops a deep understanding of cross-program portfolio synergies and dependencies.
Ensures alignment of proposed projects with the program roadmap and its goals and manages project planning and execution accordingly.
Drives complex, cross-functional enterprise projects, leading multiple efforts within a specific program simultaneously, with complexity as a limiting factor.
Leads high performing, cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
Works independently, without the need for day-to-day guidance.
Serves as a project manager for initiatives within the program, as needed.
Performs core project management duties, including guiding the project through formal approval and funding gates; developing a project plan that includes a detailed budget, project timeline, detailed task-driven schedule, project RACI and resource plan, and communication plan; and managing project execution from analysis/design through build, test, and deployment.
When leading an Agile project, partners closely with the scrum master and product owner on all activities.
Ensures that program and project status reports and leadership updates are relevant, transparent, and add value.
Partners with relevant ST and business hiring managers to ensure that the project has the skillsets and the resources required for delivery.

Acumen and Learning Agility:
Understanding of Starbucks Technology program and portfolio management practices.
Expert-level knowledge of standards and practices project and program lifecycle management activities and deliverables.
Expert level understanding and experience in managing project financials Clear understanding of project technical activities, including Solution analysis and design.
Enterprise, solution, and infrastructure architecture.
Engineering and systems integration.
Data conversion and migration.
Environment management and build processes.
Deployment planning and execution.
Business domain knowledge and experience in Real Estate, Construction, and Facilities management systems or processes.
Expertise in MS Project (Project Server) and at least one program portfolio management tool, such as MS Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
Advanced skills in the MS Office Product Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence Summary of Experience Minimum of six years experiences as a project manager, with at least three years in a Technology or software development setting.
Demonstrated experience implementing large Enterprise solutions.
Demonstrated experience in road-mapping for a program of multiple projects Experience with Master Data management applications is preferred Strong preference for candidates with extensive experience working on complex, integrated platforms.
Strong preference for candidates with a background in Agile.
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree is desired, but not required.
Strong preference for candidates with a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Management.
PMP certification is a plus but not required.
ACP/SCM certification is a plus but not required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
