About the Role As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for founding the initial marketing strategy for Risc Zero, while fostering a culture of creativity, agility, and continuous learning.
Collaborating closely with our CTO, Product, Growth, and Ops teams, your role will be to align all marketing efforts towards our company's vision, creating a unified roadmap for brand growth and customer engagement.
Key
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company that aligns with our overall business goals and growth ambitions.
Message Creation:
Translate our complex product offerings into clear, compelling marketing messages that resonate with our target audience and distinguish our brand in the market.
Marketing Mix Management:
Lead all aspects of the marketing mix, including but not limited to digital marketing, event planning, and PR initiatives, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand presence across all channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and product teams to align strategies, integrate marketing activities into the sales process, and leverage product developments for growth opportunities.
Market Analysis:
Regularly analyze market trends and competitors to adjust marketing strategy as needed, ensuring our approach remains effective and relevant.
Performance Tracking:
Define and track key KPIs to measure the success of marketing activities, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and allocate resources effectively.
