Job Description:
As our Restaurant Manager you'll be responsible for the overall daily operations of the restaurant.
Ensuring guest satisfaction and excellent food quality will be a top priority of the Restaurant Manager.
The Restaurant Manager must have excellent leadership and coaching abilities that enable promoting career growth to the staff.
Training staff and keeping them informed about new menu items and procedures will be an ongoing function of our Restaurant Manager.
Routine follow-up and evaluations of staff members will be expected to ensure that proper procedures and standards are being met.
Working closely with the General Manager your own career will be developed by becoming more involved in the hiring process, budgeting and cost management.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to plan ahead are also needed to be successful as our Restaurant Manager.
