Our upscale Seattle medical and cosmetic dermatology clinic has a rare opening for a front desk medical receptionist.
This position is five days a week, Mondays - Fridays.
This position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Punctuality and daily attendance is a must.
Good computer skills and computer literacy is required.
Excellent spelling and accurate data entry are necessary.
We are looking for someone who is personable and able to deal with patients in a warm and professional manner, as well as the ability to remain calm and welcoming.
We want someone who is a team player and is looking for a long-term, stable position.
In this position, you will develop knowledge about skin care products as well as cosmetic and medical procedures.
BONUS:
After 90 days of employment, you will receive a signing bonus of either a free botox injection or medical facial.
There are other ongoing opportunities to receive complementary or highly discounted services and products during your employment.
Responsibilities include:
Patient greeting and check in Phone reception and registration Verifying insurance eligibility Appointment scheduling Collecting co-pays and processing payments Working closely with physician, medical assistants, aestheticians, and cosmetic vendors in medical planning and service implementation Previous medical experience is a plus.
Previous dermatology experience is a plus.
Experience in retail cosmetics is a plus.
