We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
The following duties will be expected:
- Answering and directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems - Proofreading documents and correspondence for accuracy and clarity - Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and DocuSign - Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Managing the front desk and greeting visitors - Scheduling appointments and maintaining the Outlook calendar - Transcribing notes from meetings or dictation Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, DocuSign, and other office software programs We offer a competitive salary package with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
