Do you have excellent organizational skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach? If so, we are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our rapidly growing Dough Joy team located in West Seattle! We are a locally, LGBTQ Owned business and strive to create an inclusive workplace for all.
Responsibilities:
Start each day (Th - Sun) with delivering donuts to our Capitol Hill location, continuing the day with other office & administrastive tasks Provide administrative support to the Dough Joy owner, including scheduling appointments, answering emails and phone calls, and managing the owner's calendar Assist with the day-to-day operations of Dough Joy, including customer service, inventory management, and supply pickups Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial statements and customer orders Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records, including deposits and payments, rent, and paying outstanding invoices Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media and event planning Provide high-level administrative support to the owner, including preparing reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing confidential information Be flexible and willing to take on tasks, as they arise.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant administrative support experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping Passion for donuts and the food industry Willingness and ability to be flexible and handle a wide range of tasks Flexible scheduling abilities Drivers license Reliable transportation This is a full-time position with 30-40 hours per week and flexible scheduling.
