Responsibilities:
Be sure that state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the brokerage and all agents Quickly and professionally return buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers in a timely fashion Oversee the entire process from buyer intake to making an offer to ensure client satisfaction Host Open Houses to help find new buyer clients Attend Home Inspections, Appraisals, and final walkthrough appointments if needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Present yourself in a professional manner Ability to work directly with clients and ensure customer satisfaction in everything you do Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car Prior real estate or construction knowledge is a plus Real Estate License to start working with clients Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$100,000.
