We are currently searching for a Merchandise Coordinator to develop and execute the conception and development of products that will be sold in thousands of retail markets across North America and the world.
This role reports to one of our Brand Managers and works closely with other Product Development Managers, Graphic Designers, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing teams.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, fast-learning, and highly organized.
This is a fast-paced position and you must possess the ability to go with the flow as your day-to-day is constantly changing.
This is a full-time, hybrid position in a dynamic, creative environment.
This is a hybrid position, if hired you would be required to work from our Fremont (Seattle Office) 2 days per week.
Candidates for this position must be located within commuting distance of the office.
Job
Responsibilities:
Source and/or work closely with our overseas office to find the best suppliers and materials for new and existing products.
Effectively negotiate pricing and quality to maximize cost savings and ensure competitive pricing Simultaneously manage anywhere from 50-75 separate projects and drive the project from conception to post-market-launch reviews.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team, interacting regularly with other Product Managers, Sales Leads, Marketing, Graphic Design, and Industrial Design teams.
Research, gather, analyze and identify the market needs to ideate, develop, and prototype new product opportunities and concepts.
Run reports and understand brand metrics and key performance indicators - you'll want to know how the brand's products are doing, and how to improve them using data.

Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field, or equivalent experience High level of Excel proficiency Demonstrated experience in project management and effectively managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously Meticulous organization and attention to detail - you don't let anything slip through the cracks Adaptability - you should thrive in an environment where priorities and roles are constantly shifting to meet market demands An unshakably positive attitude and willingness to learn You'll own this if you have:
Exceptionally strong problem-solving and negotiation skills 1-2 years of experience in Product Management or Merchandising Strong time management skills Experience using Netsuite or similar ERP systems Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and communicating with all levels of management An international background and/or desire to travel abroad:
you'll be working with colleagues and partners from the far side of the world and experiences with foreign mindsets, attitudes, etc.
