Quick Apply Full-time 8 days ago Full Job Description You will work on a team of dedicated administrative professionals that oversee all compliance and details throughout the transaction process at Every Door Real Estate.
You will provide concierge-type services allowing our agents to focus on building client relationships and closing deals.
Your focus is providing full-service support to our agents and keeping the back office operation smoothly and effectively.
Many tasks and requests are being asked of our agents at all times of the day, the ability to remain calm under pressure and ability to multitask are essential to performing this job.
The Listing Specialist follows up with the broker and seller(s).
He/She will market the home or work in tandem with the Operations team.
He/She will set the listing up accordingly and provided additional support to the agent as needed.
Upon receiving an offer, the Listing Specialist will support the agent and seller(s), and oversee the deal through its close.
As a Listing Specialist, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee all aspects of sellers' transactions from initial contact to contract to close Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close Writing offers for agents at a prompt and rapid pace Inputting Listing information into NWMLS Updating offers Ability to work with limited supervision Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Calendar management as required Ability to digest detailed contracts and requests and make informed decisions based on content Sending addenda and other pertaining documents to be signed and executed to agent clients Offer help and answer agent questions quickly and effectively Be team oriented and client focused at all times (no task too great or too small) Data entry as required Miscellaneous admin tasks (printer help, label making, office duties, agent/office mailings) Key Benefits High net-income with virtually no risk or overhead Be part of a full administrative support staff Teamwork, encouragement, and coaching with a family feel Health benefits, 401K Communications/Interactions OPS Manager - daily Sellers - daily Brokers - daily Knowledge/Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficient in G Suite Applications (Gmail, Google Calendar) Salesforce experience a plus Calm under pressure Computer skills High school graduate 2
