The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing outbound email communications, marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys that drive the reputation and growth of Skillable.
They will help to implement initiatives aligned to our strategies, help attract our target prospects and increase prospect velocity and conversion through the marketing and sales pre-sales funnel, aid in the establishment of a post-funnel customer marketing program, engaging and delighting them along the way.
You're also always searching for improvements, so A/B testing is second nature to you.
Define and document the functional and technical requirements for deploying automated campaigns on a daily and weekly basis, as well as, defining the appropriate KPIs.
Translate marketing campaign direction into drip and/or nurture campaigns.
Work with content owners to source content and deploy a monthly outbound newsletter.
Track and report on automated program performance and KPIs, mining insights and recommending data-driven optimization avenues to campaign owners.
Ensure outbound marketing communications uphold Skillable standards and provide a last line of basic editing defense against typos, bad grammar, broken links, etc.
Responsible for maintaining healthy contact database, including segment creation and management.
Help build the templates and architecture for Sales-led ABM email journeys and provide necessary support.
Partner with the Revenue Team on result findings for individual account and plans for further engagement.
Build and develop key relationships across the enterprise to help build internal enthusiasm and momentum for project initiatives.
Build dashboard and reports that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Seek tactic and strategy messaging improvements through testing of campaigns.
Engage in development opportunities to strengthen skills and competencies.
Represent Skillable at industry events and conferences as required.
Support and promote the company values through positive interactions with both internal and external partners and customers on a regular basis.
Other strategic business initiatives or cross-functional project involvement as required.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field such as product management, business, project management or equivalent work experience.

years of relevant professional experience.
Proven success in the strategy, development, implementation and ongoing management of marketing technology projects.
Knowledge of methodologies for building and optimizing campaigns within a?technical support function.
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects and managing process to achieve desired results.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and CRM best practices.
Microsoft platform experience, specifically Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI and the Office suite.
Marketing tool experience, specifically SEMRush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress, Google's suite of tools.
Naturally inquisitive with a desire to solve problems and dig into detailed analysis.
Experience working cross-functionally and promoting collaborative partnerships to drive results.
Proven ability to communicate effectively to various audiences/levels including leadership through various mediums.
Ability to present and convey material both formally and informally to all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines.
Interest and ability in mentoring other team members as applicable.
Detail oriented and organized.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
